The Stamulcol® range encompass a series of over 150 individual grades and products that are highly industry specific and tailor‐made for exact end applications.
Stamulcol® is used to stabilise and preserve the foods structure at molecular level, increase its kinetic stability and enhance the foods texture, mouth feel and organoleptic properties.
